Here's the new Ferrari F60. It looks a lot like the BMW Sauber so I'm expecting that other teams won't have radical different looking cars. Am I the only one who thinks that the mirrors look a lot like aerodynamic devices?

I like it, apart from the front or the backwing.. They just don't look fine together. Make them both big or both small and it looks way better

Great great car.

Still, the frontwing should be a bit smaller. Then I would love it.

The new Renault R29. Unlike Nelsinho I quite like the car. The livery is much better, red and yellow do go together. Not like the blue, orange, yellow, white livery from last year. And I was already a fan of the Williams Walrus-Nose so I do like this one.

And the Williams FW31, presumably in interim livery (which they should keep). It looks like the most normal F1 car yet, especially with the sidepods. But it doesn't look quick. If every team is running the same sidepod and you pick another one you are bound to do something wrong.

Seems they are using the same aero rear view mirrors as Ferrari. Indeed interesting front section and engine cover. If one team is gonna make progress this year it should be Red Bull, Newey is very good in designing new cars.

Rear wing almost seems to be scraping the ground.

It looks like.. a normal F1 car :O :P.

I like the nose in this pic, and the end of the sidepods. I wonder what they can do. Is Gascoyne still involved or did they kick him out?

No, Mike has been sacked and is suing Force India for more than €2 million. I think it will only do Force India good now that both Kolles and Gascoyne have been sacked. They are not the most credible characters in the F1 paddock.

The pictures of the new car confirm that the alliance with McLaren is pure parts related as both cars don't have any resemblance. I do wonder about the aero stuff on the sidepods. Ferrari put a wing mirror on top of it to hide the fact that its purely there for an aerodynamic advantage. If the FIA is going to allow then we will surely see other teams start doing it too and before you know it the cars are once again full of winglets. I think the rules need to be more clear about this, not make grey areas so that things like the diffuser (which was a great loophole TBH) can be allowed.

I once again love the livery. The nose kinda reminds me of the Jordan earlier this century. I'm hoping that they've somehow closed the gap to the other teams but it will be a big unknown till qualifying at Melbourne I guess.
